Free Decoder Set recipients are chosen from Social Welfare Department filtered lists and not amendable.

The program is a government initiative aimed at reducing the burden of households under disabled category. The selected recipients are those who have registered with the Social Welfare Department and have a valid disabled card.
I’m eligible but still haven’t received my decoder. What do I need to do?
The process of updating and sending the decoder has ended. You can contact our Customer Service Center for further assistance if necessary.
