  • Am I covered by DTT?

    Penafian:

    1. Prakiraan kawasan liputan DTT adalah berdasarkan penggunaan antena penerima pada 10 meter di atas profil ketinggian tanah dan data peta.
    2. Prakiraan di kawasan titik buta mungkin dapat menerima isyarat DTT pada tahap yang lebih tinggi melebihi 10 meter.
  • B40 Category

    The program is a government initiative aimed at reducing the burden of households under the B40 group. A total of 2 million recipients have been selected from the B40 list which has been filtered to receive the Free Decoder Set.

  • B40 Category: Can I apply?

    Free Decoder Set recipients are chosen from filtered B40 lists as of March 2016 and not amendable.

  • Can I only use a universal remote for both the decoder and my TV set. How do I do that?

  • Disabled (OKU)

    The program is a government initiative aimed at reducing the burden of households under disabled category. The selected recipients are those who have registered with the Social Welfare Department and have a valid disabled card.

    Free Decoder Set recipients are chosen from Social Welfare Department filtered lists and not amendable.

    MyTV Digital TV Broadcast is free and requires no subscription fees.

  • DTH activation

    Pengaktifan akan dilakukan oleh pemasang setelah selesai pemasangan set dekoder (dengan ODU) untuk penerima di alamat berdaftar bagi pemasangan kali pertama. Sekiranya berlaku pertukaran alamat selepas pemasangan pertama, penerima perlu menghubungi Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan sebelum sebarang kerja dilakukan. Apa-apa kos berkenaan pindaan/pengubahsuaian/pengaktifan berikutnya ke tempat baharu akan ditanggung oleh penerima. MYTV tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerosakan pada set luar.
